This is a program of ongoing personalised guidance to help you identify relevant needs, motivations and behaviours from your audience and find ways to reflect that in your products, services or solutions in a meaningful way.

When you are immersed in a project, it’s easy to lose perspective. Many ideas come to mind, all of them seem good and interesting and it’s difficult to prioritise the right ones. It can happen that a product or service is not as successful as expected and we don’t understand why.

Over recurrent online sessions, we will review your current situation and the evolution of your project, define the goals you want to achieve and implement actions accordingly, measuring the results from them.

I will be guiding you in the application of social research techniques and innovation principles to help you work more efficiently in prioritising and creating successful solutions for your audience.

Together, we will test your project ideas, co-create solutions with your audience, identify ways of improvement and elements required to get the buy-in of your users, today and in the future.

 

How are we going to start?

  1. First, we will have a free evaluation session together for you to tell me what is your current situation and what you want to achieve.
  2. In this first session, we will clarify your doubts and I will create a roadmap for you. This will also allow me to evaluate your needs and tell you if and how I can help you, to make sure that you can make the most of this program and ensure satisfaction from both sides.
  3. After agreeing on the roadmap, we will then schedule our first working session.

 

How do the sessions work?

  • We will schedule remote working sessions that can be booked all at once at the beginning of the month, or individually after each session.
  • Over these sessions, we will review the roadmap and define tasks for the upcoming days in order to achieve your goals. I will provide you with methods, tools and tips to implement a user-centred approach.
  • In each session, we will also review the outputs and define next steps, solve doubts and questions.
  • No need to mention that all the information you share with me will be strictly confidential and will stay between us.

  • How can I find out who is my real customer?
  • How can I find out if they would buy into my idea?
  • How can I identify users’ pains, gains and motivations that can flag opportunities?
  • How can I make sure that my idea is aligned with my real users?
  • What can I do to make my team more user-centric and agile?
  • How can I use social trends to define a strategy for my business?
